Shockaction label includes 3 parts: backing paper, tube and sticker. The main part tube is filled with red liquid. When goods are still, liquid also keeps still. Otherwise, violent shock and impact exceeds its G value, then impact break the surface tension of liquid and release the red liquid. Thus, your customer and forwarding agent will know clearly that goods are influenced by violent shock and impact during shipping. Generally, normal flow will not affect its color change, but once the color change, it will can't be reset.
As a monitor tool, it impact on product manufacture and carriage, which can test whether your carrier operate and ship properly!

Q: MOQ of ShockAction impact label?
A: Generally, standard packing carton of MOQ: 1600pcs
If you need less quantity than MOQ, we also accept 800 or 1000 per carton (65*65*65cm).
Q: What does G mean in models 25G,37G,50G…?
G means gravity value that is a unit of impact label.
Q: Since this is product is sensitive, what do you do for packing?
A: 1600pcs per carton,65*65*65cm.Considering shock label is very sensitive and the WHITE tube in the middle is easy to turn RED. It requires packing weight must heavy enough when they are packed and shipped, otherwise they will be easy to be broken caused by rough handling in shipping.We also put some stuffing into carton like sponge or other buffer things.
Q: Do you have any certificate for your own brand SHOCKACTION?
